It only needs to be taken with a spatula or directly with your dry toothbrush. Its soft formula foams in the mouth to provide you with a normal toothbrushing experience.
This is a basic formula without controversial ingredients and therefore without fluoride. Fluoride, which is supposed to inhibit the action of cariogenic bacteria, is today a very controversial dental agent in terms of health because we are increasingly exposed to it (food, water, salt). However, we advise you to consult a specialist if you have specific needs.

Apply a dab of product with a spatula on a dry toothbrush, brush for 3 minutes and rinse. Used every day, twice a day, it can last up to 3 months depending on the dosage. Be careful not to add water to the product, as this could alter the formula (without preservatives).
