Unfortunately, not – we are exclusively dealing with business customers and having a European VAT number is required to pass orders on our website.
We pack orders using only reused cardboard so you won’t find plastic in our orders.
We collet used boxes and filling paper and use them for all our orders. So don’t be surprised if you received randomly branded boxes – they’re just living to their fullest! We try to minimize waste in all areas possible and our logistics is a key part of it.

We offer shipping to the whole of the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. For countries located further away from Belgium, the free shipping minimum might vary.
We generally send orders in the 24h after they are placed, so the delivery times depends on our shipping partner.
For the Benelux, orders are usually received 1 to 4 business days after being placed. For the rest of Europe, it's 2 to 7 days.
For the Benelux, France and Germany, all orders of 300€ and more are shipped for free. Otherwise, the shipping cost depends on the weight of the products. You can calculate shipping estimates for your country directly in your cart.
Yes, if you have made a mistake or some products are not living up to your expectations you can return it during a period of 15 days after your order.
We're giving our best to try and make sure no products are forgotten in your order and that packaging is done in the best way possible. But sometimes, accidents happen. Write to us on the chat or send us an email at info@kamistore.com ! We’ll send you the product again or refund you.
You can easily pay by bank transfer. You will receive all details about your payment on your invoice.
We are also working on adding new payment methods to make it even easier for you!
You can find all the due date on the invoice, but it is usually 15 days after the date of the invoice.
You will receive your invoice by email the moment your order goes out from our warehouse, so you can expect to receive it in the 24h after you pass your order.
No, we are currently not accepting cheques so you will need to pay your invoice by bank transfer.
No, we do not offer online payment yet. It is in our projects, but for now you can only pay by bank transfer.
