The NHS recommends that children from the age of 1 year and adults need 10 micrograms (μg) of vitamin D a day. This includes pregnant and breastfeeding women, and people at risk of vitamin D deficiency.
One tablet of Organic D3 therefore provides an average of 100% of the daily allowance of vitamin D3, i.e. 10 µg or 400 IU!
